Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Insurance Refund Representative for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

• This is an evaluation hire position where you will work on a probationary period of 90 days
• You are paid weekly
• This is a remote, work-from-home position

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the timely resolution of credit balances
• Analyze patient accounts for needed refund/adjustment
• Monitor and issue patient and insurance refunds
• Maintain billing records and documentation of transactions

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• ***At least one year of experience in medical billing** Must Have**
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Minimum 1 years knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility experience
