A local tech firm is seeking a Tier III helpdesk / service desk specialist to join their team. In this role, you''d be responsible for the final troubleshooting escalation before a problem would get moved to engineering. This role also would be helping to train and mentor some of the Tier 1 and Tier II support employees. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years prior helpdesk / support experience, and a good general IT skillset. Candidates with above average networking skills will be given preference.
