A Fargo Automotive Company is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team! This person is responsible for greeting and consulting with guests on any service needs they have and educating them on any findings from the technicians. The Service Advisor also builds estimates for customers, guides customers on expenses, estimates completion times and ensures the customer has a great experience. The idea candidate will have top notch customer service skills, great computer skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, long-term position with pay ranging from $40k-$50k and offering a benefits package.
