General Summary: Express is recruiting for a River Falls, Wisconsin company in search of Production Support. Performs a variety of production support duties including, but not limited to loading, unloading, prepping, counting, sanding and packaging material safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

 

Job Duties:

- Correctly packages material according to customer specifications by performing duties such as: counting, stacking, bundling, securing, and labeling.

- Correctly racks parts according to customer specifications by performing duties such as: reading critical paint surface exposures, knowing what racks to use, spacing, verify counts, color gaps, and verify colors.

- Loads/unloads material from the line in a safe manner with no damage to parts while maintaining a work pace equivalent to the line speed.

- Preps material for finishing by sanding, buffing, or other appropriate tasks.

- Wipe off/blow off product before it enters the paint booth to ensure proper adhesion.

- Operates small hand tools including, but not limited to a sander, towels, and blow-off gun.

 

 Requirements:

- Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.

- Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
