Branch Manager

A Johnson County based company that specializes in plumbing supply is looking to hire a Branch Manager!


Job Summary/Company Information: 

  • This person will oversee the daily workings of branch operations. Plan, manage, and implement schedules to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met, and maintain a high-quality standard of customer service
  • Provide leadership and training to employees and manage growth/success of the team
  • Assign and direct employees to specific duties
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Assist and follow-up with customers to sell products, resolve problems and answer questions
  • Prepare quotes, enter sales orders, invoices, and customer returns
  • Process payments and deposits
  • Daily review of sales batch prior to processing
  • Enter and update all adjustments & inbound transfers daily
  • Coordinate deliveries with appropriate personnel
  • Arranges and displays products to attract customers
  • Reviews customer complaints and service suggestions and presents to operations
  • Maintains a safe and clean store environment
  • Primary IT contact for this location
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • $55,000-60,000 yearly
  • Direct Hire opportunity!
  • Simple IRA and vacation time are available after one year!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm


  • 3-5 years management experience and proven leadership experience
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and employees
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must possess proficient ability to communicate both written and verbally
  • Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task prioritize and meet deadlines
