Salary: $16.52-18/hr

Our client located in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for2nd shift Machine Operators/Press Brake Operators. In this position, you will setup and operate a press brake, handle tooling changeovers, and perform quality inspections.

 

Pay: $16.52-18/hr

Hours: M-R | 2:00 pm- 12:00 am *Overtime may be required, sometimes even Mandatory. Possibly could work up to 60 hours a week, if needed.  

 

 

Machine Operator/Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate of a press brake - metal forming machine
• Handle tooling changeovers
• Perform light troubleshooting
• Perform quality inspections
• Use calipers and measuring tools

 

Machine Operator/Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• 6-12 months of machine operation experience
• 0-6 months of punch press / press bake experience
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to read ruler
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs
