Knowledge of support services that serve the community Strong clerical/administrative skills including personal computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office software) Ability to make routine decisions and determine proper action based on experience within the limits of policy and procedures. Facilitate, monitor and coordinate record collection efforts as needed to ensure expeditious and accurate collection. Monitor and support client case management activity to alert Client Services and escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with legal standards with authorization assignment and requesting of records Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously. Good oral/written communication in English and Spanish, effective listening and interpersonal and good oral presentation skills with small and large groups. Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages and economic backgrounds. Use critical thinking and good decision making to determine when record collection efforts are not yielding desired results within project parameters. Adhere to productivity and quality standards developed for this position. Compile and report all timekeeping activities accurately and promptly. Willingness to remain calm under stressful situations. Demonstrated initiative and independence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
