Salary: $22-$35
Installs maintains and troubleshoots all heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial or industrial. Monitors cooling and heating zones to ensure maintaining required comfort levels. Inspects all HVAC equipment and control systems for proper operation and cleanliness. Adjusts, repairs and maintains all air distribution equipment, including coils, pumps, valves, fans, motors and controls.
HVAC Technician & Installer – $22 - $35 per hour
Express in Moses Lake, WA, is currently recruiting an HVAC Technician for a fantastic company in Othello, WA. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented candidate to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. If you have skills in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, as well as great customer service and communication skills, we want to talk with you! You will be doing the following:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions
What we look for:
- HVAC Certification
- Preferred; 06A or 06B Electrician License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC technician or installer
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Working knowledge of boiler and cooling systems
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
We Prefer:
- Ability to obtain 02 or 01 journeyman electrician license
- Experience or certificate in refrigeration of various systems
