Real Estate Firm Administrative Assistant

Real estate firm in the Alder Creek area seeks a highly organized Administrative Assistant.  Hours are 10:00am – 2:00pm Monday-Friday. Pay Range is $17-19/hr DOE.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and have high attention to detail. 
  • Will answer a multi-line phone system, transfer calls, schedule appointments and take detailed messages for multiple agents. 
  • Using Microsoft Excel, will create/update spreadsheets, compose letters and mailings with Microsoft Word and use PowerPoint and Publisher to create documents. 
  • Must have superior follow up skills when dealing with clients, and coordinating with law firms and mortgage companies to schedule closings.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are a must.
