Marketing and Membership Director  

Pay Range$20-$25/hr DOE



Marketing and Events

  • Develop and distribute the monthly member newsletter.
  • Create and publish the weekly restaurant specials flyer and distribute via email. 
  • Create and publish all event flyers, distribute via email to members, and post in the lobby. 
  • Maintain the website as needed.
  • Add new member information and update current member information on the website. 
  • Publish and maintain posts on all social media platforms. 
  • Attend the monthly entertainment committee meeting.
  • Implement and fully execute new member events, including staffing, ordering, booking entertainment, and day of event management. 
  • Work with the Summer Camp Director regarding activities. Process camp reservations, order products, and handle member charges. 
  • Schedule camp activities during school breaks, schedule staff, process camp reservations, order products, and handle member charges.
  • Attend all member events and assist the General Manager, take photos, mingle with members, and publish on social media. 
  • Update the entertainment chairperson on event attendance and upcoming events before the monthly Board Meetings. 
  • Accept other responsibilities as directed by the General Manager, Events Chairperson, and Marketing Chairperson.



  • Assure continuity and growth of the organization by recruiting new members according to guidelines established by the Board and the Membership Committee.
  • Implements appropriate search and screening policies, informs candidates of activities and procedures, and forwards the membership application and sponsor documentation to the Head Office Personnel. 
  • Communicate with Members regarding billing, membership, additional fees, and event questions
  • Update and develop the new membership packets.
  • Maintain membership information in EZ Links.
  • Contact the appropriate department to follow through with inquires or concerns.
  • Attend membership committee meetings. 
  • Administer new member orientation meetings.
  • Follow through with special requests of and relay the information to the General Manager.
  • Accept other responsibilities as directed by the Membership Chairperson and the General Manager.



  • Bachelor''s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a Marketing, Sales, PR or Events role.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This is a full-time position with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google products.
