Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local Flathead Valley company to hire a Rental Coordinator! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and manage rental contracts
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
  • Assist with coordinating and occasionally delivering rental equipment
  • Support daily operations to ensure a smooth rental process

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Construction or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed
