Salary: $40,000-$45,000
Our client in Bayonne is looking for a Import Coordinator. The following duties include:
- Keep track on Inbound container on arrival and prioritize the receiving- Communicate with customers brokers, drayage companies and receiving warehouses- Review incoming documents and preparing manifests and delivery notes for the local deliveries- Checks and share the shipments ETA- Communicate with the office in Italy, asking or providing information about shipments- Track and follow through on communication of all shipped orders- Quote and book domestic and international shipments for cost effectiveness- Daily interactions with clients and vendors by email and phone- Problem solving and customer care- Anything else management deems essential
Pay: 40k-45kHours: 8am-5pm
