Customer Service Representative

Located in Wilmington, NC

Salary: $16-18+/hr

We are seeking customer service specialists for openings in and around Wilmington, NC. CSR experience required. The ideal candidate is great at multi-tasking, has attention to detail, and possesses good communication skills. Computer proficiency with MS Office, JDE, and adjunct programs a plus. Sales, quality assurance, front desk and other office-based customer service positions available. Duties may include:

• Handle incoming customer service calls
• Maintain customer service related information for customer accounts
• Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
• Data entry/customer documentation
• Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
• Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions
