Dryer/ Mill Operator

Located in Marathon, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00

Our client is looking for Dryer Operators to join their team! This is a 2nd shift position located in Marathon, WI.

Job Duties: 

• Maintain production levels at the highest level without damaging any equipment while maintaining a superior quality product, and a safe workplace. 
• Make sure that all departments (bagging, forklift operators, loader operators, pellet mill operators, and custodians) are working safely and efficiently.
• Familiarize yourself with all procedures and with job descriptions in each department.
• Work closely with Pellet Mill Operator to maintain production goals. 
• Assist with machine change overs. 
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift or 3rd shift

Pay Rate: 

• $18 - $20.00/hr.
