Excel Expert/VBA Developer

This position is an on site position in beautiful Madras, Oregon. 

Family owned and operating in Central Oregon as a Wood Manufacturer since 1957, we are looking for an Excel, VBA, SQL and Optimizing expert to become our costing analyst located at our headquarter office in Madras, Oregon. 

What You Get to Do!

• Maintain and distribute current daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports using data from multiple internal data base systems
• Integrate new processes into current reporting templates
• Troubleshoot formula and VBA errors within Excel workbooks
• Automate current processes using VBA to maximize efficiency
• Work with other departments on continuous improvement projects consisting of data mining and modeling using Microsoft Excel, VBA coding and Optimization Software

 

What You Will Need:

• Excel Expert: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to write, troubleshoot and maintain VBA Code
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Access and ability to create and maintain Access Databases
• Frontline Analytical Solver experience or other Optimization Software a plus
• Lumber Manufacturing background a plus
• 2 year college degree in related field or equivalent Excel credits or certification is preferred
