Seeking a Customer Care Representative to be responsible for the following:

Process new orders for supplies & equipment, to include verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations as needed.

Assist customers that come in to pick up orders.

Answer a high volume of incoming calls and be able to manage multiple lines when needed.

Act as a resource for customers and staff regarding care related questions.

Work with physician offices as needed to assure accurate prescriptions and medical information are on file.

Process Patient information where accuracy and timely processing is most important.

Responsible for excellent customer service to all clients.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Self-motivated, organized, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Strong computer and phone skills, ability to move comfortably between two computer systems to meet job requirements.

Must be able to follow-up as needed and possess good people and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-pace setting.

Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to prioritize and deliver on commitments.

Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude.

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Hours: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri, one Saturday every 4-5 weeks from 9 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Can take half day during week when working Saturday or take as overtime.

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 DOE
