 Responsibilities include

1. Manage month-end closing
2. P&L Review
3. Balance Sheet Reconciliation with supporting documents
4. Manage Netsuite implementation
5. Perform company’s financial audits
6. Follow proper accounting procedure
7. Create financial reports
8. Manage multi-state team of accountants and bookkeepers
9. Process payroll
10. Accounts Payable
    1. Process payment
    2. Cash flow management
    3. Process invoices and expense reports
11. Manage AR team and oversee collection
12. Perform govt reports and compliance
13. Knowledgeable with Sales and Use Tax
14. Fixed Asset management and reconciliations

 Qualifications

1. Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
2. Must be trustworthy and reliable
3. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standard and regulations 
4. Experience in working with accounting software and databases 
5. Strong time management and organizational skills 
6. Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task
7. Emotional intelligence is a must
8. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
