Office Manager – $25.00+/hr

Work alongside the General Manager of a medium sized manufacturing organization in West Chester as their “right-hand” person.  This Office Manager will have responsibilities in Accounting, HR and Administrative Organization. This is a successful, well run office and shop with high tenure – join the family!

Job highlights:

  • Learn multiple aspects of the company – from accounting to HR
  • PTO, Retirement, Health/Vision/Dental available

What we look for:

  • Previous experience managing Accounting functions: creating reports, AP/AR, invoicing
  • Previous experience managing HR functions: Benefits Management, Employee Issue Resolution, Time & Attendance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects
