Facilities Coordinator


Located in Redmond, WA

Salary: $21/hour

The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the facilities manager to support all aspects of the department. Duties include building maintenance coordination, supporting facilities requests, vendor management and engagement, facilities administration and support, budget and invoice management, overseeing administrative support, project management, and performing facilities services. 


  • Function as a member team following Facilities Manager direction to achieve goals
  • Coordinate and oversee routine building preventative maintenance and inspections performed by self, team, and vendors
  • Coordinate facilities projects, and schedules
  • Assist with facilities budget, PO creation, and tracking
  • Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments
  • Respond in timely manner to emergency facilities situations, and customer concerns
  • Maintain vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective and timely support of operations
  • Implement facilities and companies processes, and programs
  • Establish and communicate quality and safety level to expectation with team and vendors
  • Understand and comply with all applicable codes, and regulations
  • Report on activities, budget, supplies, and planned projects
  • Perform or oversee other facilities duties or services when needed (shipping/receiving, store room upkeep, maintaining electronic files)
  • Be able to obtain release to operate facilities motor vehicles

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities
  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders as needed
  • Must be willing and able to Lift up to 40 pounds (use team lift to move larger objects)
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Analytical and reasoning skills, ability to read and comprehend simple instruction

  • Computer experience in Microsoft Office, or similar applications, ability to type at average standard
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform and manage complex project
