Express Employment Professionals Conway AR  is hiring now for an Accounting Clerk for an established company in Conway, AR. Pay will be 35-40K 

Job Duties

• Reconciling vendor statements and track vendor insurance
• Assist Accounts Payable department by sorting and distributing mail as well as assisting with processing vouchers and checks
• Track and process financial statements
• Monitor and manage accounting email
• Other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• Ap/AR 
• Invoicing 
• Match receivers with invoices
• Compile, generate, and maintain reports
• Prepares and records vouchers in the General Ledger
• Assist in monthly and annual closings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
