$500 Sign-Bonus ½ paid at first check and ½ paid after 90 days, of eligibility requirements are met.

Full-time workers will work up to 9 months in the year – summers off (relax and take vacation for these months (You’ll be paid for 9 months of work however your benefits will be paid for the full 12 months in the year).

Under the direction of the Head Chef, will assist with catering needs including but not limited to, food prep and design, set up and delivery.
Education/Skills Requirements: Strong Cold Food Production background with experience in catering. Supervisory skills needed.
Standard Workdays and Hours: Varied shift as determined by the Production and Operational Managers.
Title: Cash Operations Food Service Associate
Performs a variety of duties such as: taking food and drink orders from customers, operating computerized cash registers, preparing espresso and other made to order drinks, as well as, various food production duties according to established procedures. Performs various cleaning tasks.
Standard Workdays and Hours: Primarily daytime shifts including occasional overtime, weekends, holidays and during weather emergencies. Required to work for major events and weekends.
Title: Cook III
Under supervision of the Head Chef and Assistant Chef, prepare daily menu items to recipe specifications.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Culinary Degree with accompanying experience or 3 years progressive cooking experience required.
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents
A valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet the eligibility requirements of current Motor Vehicle Use Policy.
Serve Safe Certification.
Other Experience Requirements: Three years’ experience in kitchen production required. Demonstrated understanding of basic cooking techniques and their application in catering and/or institutional settings.
