Salary: $19.39-$20.74/HR

Hours: Sunday - Thursday

*3 Saturdays a month required*

2nd Shift 3pm-11pm

3rd shift 11pm-7am

Pay: 

2nd shift- $20.64

3rd shift- $20.64

Duties:

• Collaborate with experienced machine operators to set up, operate, and maintain machinery for wood door and countertop production
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare materials for production, including but not limited to wood, laminate, and other components.
• Organize and stage materials to facilitate a smooth workflow.
• Assist in quality control processes to ensure that finished products meet the company's high standards for craftsmanship and design.
• Participate in routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal working condition.
• Report any equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years prior experience in a machine operating role
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Basic understanding of woodworking or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to read a ruler and tape measurer 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
