Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Office Coordinator for a Church Congregation in the Dallas area. This rewarding role in the church, works directly with the Pastor and staff as an important member of the of the ministry team.


Hours: M-F 9:00am-2:00pm with the potential to go Full-time 9:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $17-$18/hr


Key job Duties:

  • Prepare materials for church services and events
  • Maintain church membership, volunteer, and visitor info
  • Recruit and oversee office volunteers
  • Receive and Direct phone, mail, email to appropriate person
  • Purchas office and kitchen supplies
  • Schedule and facilitate church building usage
  • Create and distribute communication pieces to members of the community
  • First contact with walk-ins (sometimes members of the community in search of outreach)
  • Ensure kitchen is in order - not responsible for cleaning, but making sure someone is aware when it needs attention
  • Social media manager - Facebook, website, arrange zoom meetings
