OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detailed orientated and proficient Data Entry/Office Clerk candidate for our client in Gresham, OR! This position will require you to be accurate at transferring data from invoices, sales sheets and inventory list. This position would also involve you helping to assist in various departments as well.  Things you could be asked to help with are checking drivers from the facility, communicating with vendors on questions or issues and other various tasks.


This is an Evaluation to Hire position with a company looking for committed team player. They are very keen on a positive attitude, good attendance and ability to be flexible.



  • Inputting data alpha numerically into Excel spread sheets.
  • Helping to send communication between facilities
  • Answering phone lines, supporting with inquiries, etc.


PAY: $17.00/Hr


SHIFT AND SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm



  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Excellent team player/attitude
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Qualified candidates will ideally have 1-3 years in the administrative/office field.
