Express Employment Professionals of Brighton/Howell is searching for a team-oriented and experienced Invoice Processor and Warranty Administrator to join the accounting department of a premier installation, maintenance, and repair service located in Brighton!

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible for 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm (Based on candidate preference)


  • Work directly with the Office Supervisor and Controller to ensure all service invoices are processed accurately and timely
  • Collect, enter, and process invoices and payments collected by trade technicians working in the field
  • Submit part and labor warranties to vendors for reimbursement
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheet reports in Microsoft Excel
  • Handle requests for paperwork
  • Review technician time sheets using GPS
  • Review technician sale logs for accuracy
  • Other related tasks and special projects as assigned by management


  • 3-5 years of previous work experience in invoicing, billing and/or accounts receivable preferred
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing accounting software such as ERP, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
