Express Employment Professionals, a full-service employment agency, is partnering with a local Grand Forks business to fill an Office Manager position. An Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and day to day performance of the office. Duties will include but are not limited to accounts receivable and payable, administrating weekly payroll and monthly billing, tracking inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and answering phones. Applicants should have good organizational, problem solving, and communication skills as well as be able to adapt to a changing work environment. 5 years in accounting and office assistant/manager is required along with proficient use of Outlook and Excel.
