Inventory Worker

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain accurate granite inventory
  • Physically counts, manages, organizes, and maintains the inventory yard for accuracy
  • Understands granite product sizes, shapes, and industry terminology
  • Examines quality of stone prior to production and supports production line with granite orders
  • Familiarity and ability to use various shop tools including saws and grinders
  • Works with a team to unload shipment containers of granite
  • Observes and receives information and communicates with various departments on in stock items

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication skills for repairing, polishing, re-shaping and custom sizing of granite
  • Maintains clean job areas by picking up tools, equipment, and organization of the shop
  • Commitment to following safety policies and procedures
  • May assist with shipping granite memorials
  • May include occasional overnight travel for out of the field installations in all-weather as needed
  • Ability to work safely under stress with cranes and forklifts moving 8,000 lbs. and more around you


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sufficient computer skills and mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail for observing chips and imperfections in granite for acceptable industry standards
  • Certified to operate a forklift
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language and comprehension
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely drive company vehicles with trailers
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure and complete work orders in a timely manner
