Call Center Representative

Located in Lakeville, MN

Salary: $18 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

-Provide World Class Customer Service, resulting in winning experiences

-Communicate courteously and confidently with customers by telephone, email, and website chat.

-Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.

-Accurately enter phone, Email, fax, EDI, and website orders.

-Knowledgeably handle website customer service “Chat” feature conversations.

-Document, investigate and help solve customers’ problems and complaints.

-Set up new customers’ accounts into ERP system.

-Update account information in company databases as needed.

-Follow established processes, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

-Remain focused on the functions of the position, and calm, even during demanding, fast-paced times.

-Work on Customer Service related projects when presented, as well as other department tasks, as assigned.
