Bookkeeper for Service Business in Carmel Valley

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting
    processes
  • A/P, A/R, payroll and bank reconciliation
  • Process and pay all invoices
  • Receive and deposit all organizational revenue
  • Execute monthly payroll activities
  • Perform annual 1099 reporting process for vendors
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Manage time tracking
  • Supports management

Requirements:

  • MS Excel experience
  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar a plus

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Construction
  • Workman''s Comp Experience
  • T-Sheets experience

 

Wage: $18-23/hr+ based on experience
