Maintenance Tech.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! Our client is looking to hire someone how is searching for a long time career and has a passion for hands on work.
OVERVIEW: This position will require an associate who takes pride in their quality of work. Your main duty will be helping to maintain peoples homes and the outdoor area around them. You would be helping to renovate and repair over 200 units in a community here in Gresham!
DUTIES:
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate well with residents is imperative.
- Work with team members to make necessary repairs and preform turnovers for the apartment complex
- Use of power tools to complete projects.
PAY: $19/HR Hour DOE
