Title: Temp Supplies & Facilities Coordinator

Temp Supplies and Facilities Coordinator Job Duties:
  • In charge of supporting our Patient Care staff by maintaining an adequately stocked inventory of the proper medical supplies
  • Working closely with the Physicians and Patient Care Managers to order special requested supplies in addition to the standard items weekly
  • Retrieving the orders from Quick books that are entered by the Nurse Case Manager and then packing the listed items to be picked up and delivered by Patient Care staff for all locations
Temp Supplies and Facilities Coordinator Requirements:
  • High school graduate/equivalent
  • 1 year minimum of inventory and supply ordering experience
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, MS Word and Excel
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience
