Inside Customer Service

We have been asked by an Automation Control Distributor in Noblesville, IN, to help them find an Inside Customer Service Specialist. They are growing and want to add someone to their team who can help them manage their current workload and who wants to be mentored to advance his/her career.
This is a temp-to-hire job paying $20.00 per hour. Our client may hire you early after you have proven yourself.
Your duties will include
- Taking inbound customer service calls and directing them to the right person.
- Taking orders using QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to process the entire order.
- Providing customer updates and managing customer accounts via outbound calls and email.
- Processing approximately 50 complex invoices a week for payment.
You must be familiar with the entire QuickBooks suite: Invoices - Receiving - Shipping - Quoting - Billing - Accounts Receivable. In addition, a willingness to pitch in, a ready smile and the desire to learn and grow will be given top consideration.
