Help Desk Technician - $20.00
Located in Corvallis, OR
A local Corvallis company is looking for a Help Desk Technician.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides first line support for incoming IT Service Requests; triages and routes accordingly utilizing the helpdesk ticketing system.
2. Prepare and configure all PC’s for deployment and assist users with configuration and training on new computers.
3. Deploy approved software to computers using Kaspersky Endpoint Suite.
4. Writes procedures and policies for IT Department, as required, and maintain current procedures and policies.
5. Works with Network Administrators to provide network support at the local site.
6. Will be available to provide site emergency after hours support.
7. Required to adhere to all applicable site safety requirements
8. And other related duties as assigned or required.
