Technical assistance during development of analytical assays based on a variety molecular- biological, oncologic, and immunological techniques.
Support of animal experiments by provision of the conceptual vaccines diluted to the expected titer followed by subsequent analysis of animal samples which result from animal experiments.
Ensures compliance with all relevant legal requirements within own area of responsibility (e.g., biological safety, gene technology, animal welfare, workers safety, etc.)
. Experience with techniques in the field of molecular immunology
. Experience with techniques in the field of classical immunology
. Experience with techniques in working with cell culture
3 years hands-on experience in technical assistance in immunological assays, PCR, cell culture. Flow cytometry experience is a plus.
Certified professional education in biological techniques with the focus on biological science, immunology and cell culture techniques.
> 3 years hands-on experience in immunology or oncology is a must
