New Opportunity! Manufacturing Company in Alpharetta is hiring for a Sales Support / Account Manager! The candidate will be responsible for servicing clients with their orders, generating customer quotations and inputting customer purchase orders.

Compensation: Up to $19/hour + Benefits!

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Essential job functions for the Customer Service/Sales Support Rep:

• Main point of contact for customer calls/emails
• Generate customer quotations and process all orders in SAP
• Process invoicing and payment schedules to customers
• Process customer service issues in CRM
• Resolve customer purchase order discrepancies
