Job Description

The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office. As the office hub and “Quarterback of the team”, the Front Office Coordinator ensures that all administration activities, incoming calls, and applicant flow moves smoothly. FOCs organize all office activities to ensure all tasks are met to the satisfaction of the internal team, clients, associates, and applicants. During peak periods, FOCs must be able to prioritize critical and urgent tasks in a logical and efficient manner to ensure daily activity moves along in an organized manner.

Essential Skills:

· Customer service,

· Typing 30+ WPM

· Intermediate-level Microsoft Office including Outlook

· Multi-line phones

· Organization

· Attention to detail
