Salary: $18.00-$22.00

The Welder joins metal components and/or fills holes and seams of fabricated metal products using hand-welding and/or flame-cutting equipment.

Responsibilities: 

• Produce metal forms and objects.
• Reconstruct damaged articles of various metals and alloys.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and clamps for small welding jobs.
• Cut metal using a torch.
• Read, interpret and follow blueprints. 
• Weld and fuse various metals to withstand strength demands while avoiding distortion.
• Regulate equipment for the work performed.
• Operated grinder.
