We are recruiting for Customer Service Specialist in a direct hire capacity for a locally owned business in the western Forsyth County area.
The person will be communicating mainly via phone and email directly with customers and sales representatives. Responsibilities include providing excellent ongoing customer care and relationship management while effectively responding to all inquiries, qualifying and resolving customer concerns in order to increase and close sales. Experience with government contracts and state contracts is a plus.
The position requires very strong organizational and follow up skills, along with effective verbal and written communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and within a team, and to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time in an effective manner are a must.
Duties include order entry, order tracking, logistics, written quotations and sales. Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe is beneficial although not required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This position pays between $17-19/hr and is a full time, M-F opportunity with benefits, PTO, and bonus potential.
