We are looking for dynamic Account Managers to partner with an established team of dedicated customer care representatives to offer a wide range of products and services to new and existing customers.

  • In this B2B role, you will use your skills to prospect for and set your own appointments with potential business clients, developing new accounts and expanding our customer base
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the team, customers, purchasing contacts and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
  • Expand vertical markets through margin management and introducing customers to our office furniture, breakroom, janitorial, PPE, office products and ad specialty product lines
  • Investigate and help resolve customer issues
  • Engage in a variety of networking groups and activities
  • Present reporting and customer business reviews to ensure we maintain a solid relationship and value
