Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (slight variations possible)
Optional overtime available
Pre‑employment drug test required
Set up/program and operate CNC lathes to produce high‑quality parts
Troubleshoot issues to maintain high machine utilization and production efficiency
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and precision
Identify the best machine centers for each job to maximize throughput
Maintain accurate time management and job tracking
Collaborate with experienced programmers and operators to learn new techniques and continuously improve processes
Master machine programming and controls to support smooth, uninterrupted production
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
At least 3 years of CNC lathe programming experience ideally using GibbsCAM
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay positive under pressure
Computer proficiency and comfort with modern machining software
High school diploma or GED required
Trade school or vocational training preferred
