Salary: $20.00+/hr. DOE

We are seeking Packagers for a company in Lake City with great pay and a 4 day work week. Join a hands-on role where you'll operate power tools, test parts, and help prepare products for shipment. You'll follow clear instructions, inspect work for quality, and learn multiple manufacturing processes. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic production environment.

Schedule varies on experience 

1st Shift Schedule 

Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm 

Pay 

• $20+/hr DOE 
• Weekly paychecks every Friday 
• Eligible for $1000 retention bonus 

Job Responsibilities

• Wrap, box, crate, or palletize daily orders

• Operate power tools and test parts/mechanisms

• Select protective materials and stretch wrap for shipment

• Inspect work for quality and conformance to specs

• Learn and perform multiple manufacturing processes

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience (entry-level friendly!)

• Knowledge of metalworking equipment and processes

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varied conditions

• Must pass a drug screen and background check
