Job Summary: The Belt Operator will be responsible for moving material, loading belt furnaces, checking in-process part hardness, loading temper furnaces, and racking parts. The role involves operating various equipment and ensuring the accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and load belt furnaces.
• Read, follow, and accurately complete job cards.
• Load and unload draw furnaces.
• Set temperatures on draw furnaces.
• Perform hardness testing.
• Rack, string, and hang parts as needed.
• Set up and break down loads.
• Enter job card information into the ERP system.
• Operate a forklift.
• Follow paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
