Office and Project Administrator ( Chicago)

Office and project administrator needed for transportation company !
As an office and project administrator you will be:
- General office duties such as greet guests, sort and route mail, maintain kitchen/office supplies, etc.
- Sets up new projects incl supplements, adjusting budgets, updating end dates, and entering project in Vision, Costpoint, and Contract Budget Forecast.
- Prepares AP/AR for processing to corporate and review documents for billing terms/conditions.
- Prepare sub consultant agreements and maintain Certificate of Ins for company, sub consultants, and subcontractors.
- Maintain project files, incl filing, copying, and pulling invoice backup.
- Minimal HR Duties
Office and project administrator requirements:
- Prefer someone with transportation industry exp
- Knowledge of municipal, city, state, and federal billing practices desired (incl Certified Payroll, Waivers of Lien, and electronic invoice submittals)
- Willing to train someone with right background
