Our client located in Huntley, IL is looking for a part time Payroll Administrator / Human Resources Assistant to join their team. This is a long term, permanent position with a great company.


Pay: $18-21/hr     *based on skills and experience

Hours: M-F | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm   *5 to 7 hours per day


Payroll Administrator / Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Processing, distribution and maintenance of payroll
  • Payroll taxes
  • Quarterly governmental reporting
  • Maintaining personnel files according to company policy and government regulations including OSHA
  • Handle employee insurance and benefits including Worker Comp, L/T and S/T disability, life, dental and health insurance
  • Assist A/R and A/P when needed


Payroll Administrator / Human Resources Assistant Qualifications:

  • 2 years of payroll/accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Sage Abra /Sage HRMS
  • Previous HR experience
  • High school diploma or GED, some college preferred
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Relaxed atmosphere
