Filing clerk– Guelph


We are recruiting for a temporary filing clerk for a busy law office. The Filing Clerk /Administrative Support is required to provide an excellent level of support to a busy Law Office.



  • Assisting in the processing of in-coming emails to appropriate files
  • Requesting and collecting financial documents of clients
  • Data entry of financial statements such as tax documentation, income tax returns etc
  • Receive incoming emails, rename and add to electronic files
  • Processing paper documents (includes adding to account, scanning and indexing) received within the




Required Skills:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Required language proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment both independently or as a team
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities as the cycle dictates
