OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detailed orientated and proficient Office Manager for our client in Portland! This position will consist of you running and managing 18 employees and 5 independent contractors.
This is an Evaluation to Hire position with a company looking for committed team player. They are very keen on a positive attitude, good attendance and ability to be flexible.
- Responsible for all operation
- Scheduling inbound trucks and all deliveries with businesses and customers
- Managing employees and independent contractors
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Logistics experience preferred
- Excellent team player/attitude
- Experience with QuickBooks, excel, outlook, balance sheets
- Qualified candidates will ideally have 1-3 years in the administrative/office field.
