OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detailed orientated and proficient Office Manager for our client in Portland! This position will consist of you running and managing 18 employees and 5 independent contractors. 

 

This is an Evaluation to Hire position with a company looking for committed team player. They are very keen on a positive attitude, good attendance and ability to be flexible.

 

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for all operation
  • Scheduling inbound trucks and all deliveries with businesses and customers
  • Managing employees and independent contractors

 

PAY: $20/Hr

 

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Logistics experience preferred
  • Excellent team player/attitude
  • Experience with QuickBooks, excel, outlook, balance sheets 
  • Qualified candidates will ideally have 1-3 years in the administrative/office field.
