Law Firm is seeking a Part-Time Legal Administrative Office Manager (16- 20 hours per week) to be responsible for the following:

Manage the daily operations of the law firm

Solving administrative issues 

Assisting the attorneys with administrative support

Handling billing and invoicing

Coordinating and ordering office supplies, etc.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Associate degree or equivalent experience as an Office Manager

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products is required

Must have exceptional attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills are required

Ability to prioritize is essential

Previous legal administrative experience preferred
