Administrative/Marketing Support – Guelph

 

The Marketing Administrative Support is required to provide an excellent level of support  service to  the marketing and sales team. Integrity, professionalism, and the desire to excel and learn more are key components of this position.  This is a contract position within the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.  This is a contract position with potential to become a permanent opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Physically assembly marketing material, booklets and other items
  • Use of Excel to update and maintain accurate data
  • Create labeling and shipping information
  • Data Entry

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Ability to work very independently and effectively
  • Good data entry skills
  • Use of excel
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical processes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment both independently and as a part of the Marketing team
  • Continually learning of new processes and procedures with the ability to adapt to change
  • Background or education in Marketing an asset
