Operate Tapping machines that thread various types of steel fasteners. High volume production. Maintain oil levels and setting on machines.
Operates tapping machine read that thread''s internal part of steel fasteners. High-volume production. Makes adjustments and changes to tapping machine equipment. Performed regular dimensional checks and records finding manually. Performs some maintenance on machinery, including adding tapping oil''s and changing small equipment as needed. Forklift operation regularly to change production bands, empty scrap steel bins.
Who will train on first shift and then be assigned to second shift. Approximately one to two months training on first shift.
Must wear steel toed shoes. Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided. Attire is blue jeans or work pants-no shorts. Shirt can be pullover or buttoned with sleeves. No inappropriate wording or pictures on clothing. Pay typically starts at $15 hour.
