Express Employment is hiring a Bookkeeper for a local well-established company.

The ideal candidate for this position should have some bookkeeping experience, be positive, eager to learn, and ready to jump in with both feet. Should possess the ability to prioritize daily tasks, be very detail-oriented and thorough, be comfortable multitasking, be communicative, and happy to work in a team, or individually. 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with a variety of accounting-related tasks
• Daily data entry 
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements
• Assist team in longstanding projects
• Work individually on financial projects and tasks
• Learning and working with systems, procedures, and software 
• Maintaining financial records 

Ideal candidate: 

• Ready to learn and work with a team
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Should enjoy a varied workday, with ad hoc, and recurring tasks
• Should enjoy working on multiple projects at once, multitasking 
• Active listening skills
• Good communication skills
